DETENICKA PANONSKA

  • high yield
  • good winter resistance
  • excellent feed value
  • powerful stem

It is the most abundant and most valuable species of beech vetch. The seed yield is outstanding between 1,2 and 1,8 t/ha. Winter colds are well tolerated and resistant to frostbite. He prefers soils with better fertility.

Its stems are heavily covered with foliage and its seeds are brownish-black marbled. Very wintering, overwintering, one-year-old low-growth species (40-50 cm in full bloom). By binding the nitrogen content of the air, it enriches the soil with a significant amount of nitrogen, a very good precursor. It weighs between 35 and 45 g/1000 seeds, depending on the year.

From the end of September, 2 million seeds/ha (approximately 70 kg/ha) can be sown for seed production, either alone or in combination with a support crop. As feed, 2.4 million sprouting seeds are sown per hectare (approximately 85-90 kg of seeds). 1,2 million seeds of wheat (45-50 kg/ha) + 2,4 million sprouting Pannonian vetches (85 kg/ha) A triticale with lower stem height is also suitable as a mixture component for feeding.

Its hay, like alfalfa, has a good feed value.
