For a long time - up to 8-10 years - high yield, very resistant, tread-tolerant herbgrass. Its roots go deep, its drought tolerance is very good. Its initial development can survive on slow, exposed soils with higher salt content.
It is a popular component of mowing and grazing mixtures in dry and extensive conditions. It is a long-lived species with secure yields and performs well on soils with weaker water and nutrient management.
