MARIANA

  • Suitable for both green and fodder
  • high protein content
  • Proposed with a support belt

Our large, protein-rich spring-seeded leguminous plant. Its development is dynamic, it starts early, it covers the soil quickly.
It is sown together with spring oats or spring barley as a mixture for animal feed : spring vetches 80-90 kg/ha + ears 40-60 kg/ha. It can also be fed green and ensiled. Purely sown at 90-100 kg/ha.
In contrast to the growing conditions of spring vetch, it prefers medium demanding soils with the right water balance.
Nitrogen binding is significant, it is an excellent precursor, it is great for greening due to its rapid development, good soil cover and weed suppression. It's a good bee pasture. It will freeze in winter.
